I had a lovely stay at the hotel, which was in a brilliant location right in the heart of Heraklion. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home. The room was modern and cozy, perfect for relaxation, though it wasn't practical for a beach vacation. I did have some minor issues with the dining, particularly during breakfast, but overall, the experience was quite enjoyable.
